RingCentral's Cloud Business Phone Solution on Display at ITEXPO Miami 2013January 29, 2013

RingCentral is also participating on the panel “Making Sense of the Options: Hosted vs. Cloud vs. On-Premises Solutions,” as part of ITEXPO’s enterprise track on Jan. 30th from 10:00 a.m. to 10:45 a.m. The panel will compare the options and opportunities available in different types of phone solutions available to modern businesses.
RingCentral’s cloud business phone systems combine hosted, multi-extension business phone system with advanced voice and fax functionality making it suitable for today’s mobile and distributed workforce, company officials said.
At ITEXPO, RingCentral will showcase RingCentral Office, a complete cloud phone solution for businesses of all sizes.
The cloud business phone system now comes with Business SMS capability that empowers employees to use their business numbers and extensions to efficiently and professionally text with customers, colleagues and departments using their own mobile devices.
Another new feature, Cloud Touch, is a fully touch-powered platform that enables administrators and employees install, manage and access their phone system via mobile devices. They can instantly add employees, activate new phone numbers and set call handling rules using mobile devices from any location.
The Conference Calling feature enables businesses to make conference calls to as many as 1,000 participants. Auto Call Recording of incoming and outgoing calls will support sales and training as well as compliance.
In addition to these, RingCentral also provides visitors with an opportunity to discuss the RingCentral Authorized Dealer Program.
